Notices and changes at the declaration desk
Every rule on this site carries a read date. This page collects them, with dated Oopbuy offers that touch the parcel step and what shoppers report in public channels.
Latest update and the read log
Last updated 19 October 2026. Each line is a page we read and the date we read it. When a rule changes we add a line here and change the page it affects.

Dated offers at the parcel step

Read on 10 October 2026 and due to expire, so check before relying on them: a shipping coupon campaign under the code FALL10 and a points mall discount, both ending 31 October 2026 at 23:59. New accounts are offered a coupon bundle with a shipping discount; the amounts differ between Oopbuy's own pages.
Only one shipping coupon can be used per parcel, chosen at the bottom of the Submit Parcel page after the declaration. A coupon lowers shipping, never the declared value.
Coupons are where people sometimes confuse the two payments. A shipping coupon reduces what you pay Oopbuy for the international leg. It has nothing to do with the value of the goods, so it should never be subtracted from the declared value. The same goes for points: Oopbuy's points policy issues one point per yuan after the parcel leaves the warehouse, and points spent on coupons do not change what your goods were worth.
What the community reports

Oopbuy runs an official Discord server with a weekly shipping-coupon giveaway, and buyers discuss hauls and clearance on Reddit and YouTube. Treat those as reports from individual parcels: one buyer's customs experience says little about yours, because inspections are mostly random spot checks.
We do not quote review-site ratings. On 10 October 2026, Trustpilot showed Oopbuy's rating as unavailable, citing a breach of its guidelines.
When you read a community report about customs, look for three details before taking anything from it: the destination country, the route name, and whether the poster says what they declared. A report that says a parcel was taxed tells you nothing without those. A report that a parcel on a named IOSS route was charged again after submission, with the receipts, is worth knowing about, and it matches what Oopbuy itself warns can happen.
How we re-check a rule
Every rule on this site has a page behind it. When we re-check, we open the official page, compare it word for word with the quote we printed, and note the date. If the wording changed, the quote and the explanation change together, and a line goes into the log above. If two Oopbuy pages disagree, both stay on the site until one of them is corrected.
Dated notes describe what was checked. For an account, order or parcel problem, use the current support routes inside Oopbuy and keep the response.
